Fairlawn, in partnership with the McLean County Chamber of Commerce, hosted a Construction Appreciation Event on July 8, 2025, to celebrate the ongoing progress at Carden Springs — a new multifamily community in north Normal. The event featured a ceremonial beam signing and recognized the collective efforts of the many construction professionals, trade partners, and team members who have brought the project to life. The signed beam will be placed within the community as a permanent reminder of the collaboration and craftsmanship behind Carden Springs.

Carden Springs will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes designed to meet the evolving housing needs of the Bloomington-Normal market. The units will feature thoughtfully designed homes with upscale finishes, open-concept layouts, in-unit laundry, walk-in closets, and private outdoor spaces. Planned community amenities include a resort-style pool, clubhouse, fitness center, pickleball courts, a dog run and wash station, EV charging stations, and ample green space.
